1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Nova AI ("we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the Nova AI assistant platform and services (the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Nova AI is an AI-powered personal assistant that integrates with third-party services (including Google Calendar and Gmail) to help users manage tasks, schedule events, draft emails, and organize notes. The Service uses artificial intelligence and may produce outputs that are inaccurate, incomplete, or otherwise unsuitable for your purposes.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of the Service, you must sign in using your Google account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

4. Google Integration and Permissions

The Service requires access to your Google account to provide calendar and email functionality. When you connect your Google account, you authorize Nova AI to:

• View, create, edit, and delete events in your Google Calendar
• Read and send emails on your behalf via Gmail
• Access your basic profile information (name, email address)

You may revoke these permissions at any time by disconnecting your Google account in the Service settings or through your Google Account permissions page.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable law, regulation, or legal obligation
• Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others
• Transmit any material that is defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its related systems
• Use the Service to generate or distribute spam or unsolicited communications
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any aspect of the Service

6. AI-Generated Content

The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate responses, suggestions, calendar events, and email drafts. You acknowledge that:

• AI-generated outputs may contain errors, inaccuracies, or inappropriate content.
• You are solely responsible for reviewing and verifying any AI-generated content before acting on it, especially for calendar events and emails sent through your connected accounts.
• We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any AI-generated output.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Nova AI and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.

You retain ownership of any content you create, submit, or store using the Service ("User Content"). By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to use, store, and process your User Content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

10. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL NOVA AI, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICE.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use the Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Nova AI operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
